- Active commercial Bitrix24 license: Compatible with both Cloud and On-Premise versions, as long as you have an active license.
- Valid credit package.
Downloading and installing the Fontumi SMS application for Bitrix24 on your Bitrix24 instance is free, and its use is completely free. You will receive a trial balance in demo mode to test the service. However, to send active campaigns, you must recharge credits equivalent to the number of SMS you wish to send (Currently, you can only send SMS to mobile numbers in Colombia +57).

Send SMS messages to your customers in Colombia with Fontumi.
If you need assistance with the Fontumi SMS module for Bitrix24, you can contact us through the following options:
1. Open Lines Chat in Bitrix24:- You can start a chat directly within your Bitrix24. This link will open a chat in your Bitrix24.
- This option is the most convenient as you will always find the response and correspondence history in your Bitrix24 messenger.
- Note: For the link to work in the On-Premise version, you must have the necessary modules installed and configured, and the portal must have a connection to the outside world.

Step 1: Access Bitrix24 Market
- Log in to your Bitrix24 account.
- From the navigation menu, sel ect "Applications" or "Market".
- In the Market's search bar, type "Fontumi SMS".
- Press "Enter" or click on the search icon.
- In the search results, find the "Fontumi SMS" application.
- Click on the application name to go to its detail page.
- On the Fontumi SMS detail page, click on the "Install" button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- If you already have an active Fontumi SMS account, you can start using the app immediately.
- If you do not have an active account, you will need to wait for it to be activated.
- For immediate activation, contact Fontumi SMS support.
- Contact information can be found on the application's detail page or on the official Fontumi SMS website.
- Once your account is activated, open the Fontumi SMS app fr om your Bitrix24.
- Follow the initial setup instructions to customize the app according to your needs.
- After setup, you can start sending and receiving SMS through the Fontumi SMS app in Bitrix24.
