FETCH DATA FROM GUS

The application allows the integration of Bitrix24 with the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS) in order to download current company registration data - according to NIP, REGON or KRS.

Searching for company's data by NIP, REGON or KRS number;
Automatic filling of data in the company details;
Continuous synchronization with the Central Statistical Office;
Quick access to the application from the company item view.

With editing a company, there is no need to fill in many fields. The app will search company's data with NIP, REGON or KRS and will automatically fill in the address details and activity details with dates.

Application performance does not require any setup. For more convenient use of the app the downloaded data can be saved in the Company's card directly.
By default all dowloaded data is saved in the details of the Company.

Configuration description

The configuration allows you to specify custom fields to which you want to write individual data from the Central Statistical Office of Poland. For example, you can create a KRS field on the company and save the downloaded value from the Central Statistical Office of Poland to it.

1. Create custom fields type String in Company's object (for instance data attribute name NIP, KRS, REGON etc). Fields should be type of String and Date to be available for mapping.
