Pre-requisites for using JustCall's app with Bitrix24:

You need to be on a Team or higher plan on JustCall to use the app, click here for more information on JustCall's pricing plans.
To test the integration, go to JustCall's Sign Up page and start your 14-day free trial (no payment information required).
The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

Steps to Integrate JustCall with Bitrix24

Install this app in your Bitrix24 account.
Log in to your JustCall account.
Head over to the Integrations section.
Search for 'Bitrix24' in CRM and Helpdesk tools and click on the Integrate option.
Enter the URL for your Bitrix24 account and click on Integrate.
On the next page, provide the required permissions to JustCall for integrating with your Bitrix24 account.

That's it! Your setup is now complete and all calls, texts and AI insights from JustCall will get logged into Bitrix24.

If you don't have a JustCall account, go to our Sign Up page and start your 14-day free trial (no payment information required).

To enable Click to Call and Click to Text buttons on Bitrix24, download JustCall's Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
